We may collect your name and mobile phone number, when provided by you or by a partnering organization for evaluation purposes, information you voluntarily provide through evaluation surveys, or limited technical information related to SMS message delivery.
How would you use my information?

We send evaluation survey invitations and reminders by SMS, distribute individualized survey links, conduct program evaluations and prepare aggregate reports for our clients, and improve the quality of our evaluation services. We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or sales purposes.
What happens if I opt in to SMS communications?

If you have opted in to receive SMS messages from LJEC, you may receive occasional text messages containing evaluation survey invitations or reminders. How would you share my information?

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may share information only with the organization sponsoring the evaluation, in aggregate or de-identified form unless otherwise authorized, trusted service providers who help us deliver SMS messages or administer surveys and who are contractually obligated to protect your information, or when required by law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How would you keep my information secure?

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
What choices do I have?

Participation in evaluation activities is voluntary. You may decline to participate in surveys or opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
